Client – Marchmont Investment Management

This project involved the demolition of the existing building on site and developing the site to create 2 warehouse units with Use Class B8, this also includes associated first floor offices, car parking, service yards and proposed landscaping. The buildings create a total GIA of circa 230,000 sqft and provide a strong street frontage along Fleming Way located on the well established Manor Royal Business District. The site is very well connected with proximity to London Gatwick Airport, the M23 and the M25 motorways.
