Newlands Park has been designed for three high-specification industrial / warehouse units ranging from 28,121 sqm to 3,815 sqm in size, attracting a range of users and budgets whilst offering improved links through north-south connections that link the site holistically and avoiding the less desirable on-road routes.

The employment scheme seeks to deliver a high-quality sustainable Carbon Zero employment park. New landscaping will be delivered as part of the proposal to create an inviting and attractive employment park whilst integrating the park with the surrounding area.
