This scheme provides six units across two floors, totalling circa 50,000 sqft for B1c and B2 uses (mid-tech units). The delivery of the new advanced manufacturing space compliments the completed NEXUS and ARISE units nearby. The site is located within Zone D of the Main Employment Avenue and Fringe Zone as defined by the London Road North (LRN) Design Code.

The new modus facilities are the latest phase of provisions for Harlow Innovation Park and is an aspirational and progressive environment where businesses can interact, innovate and succeed. The plot benefits from great transport links, within 15 minutes by car from the M25, M11 and Stansted Airport.
