The existing pub use and historic facade is retained onto Hills Road, to maintain the quality and character of the site within the wider street scene. The proposed office sits behind and over with the primary entrance to the office located on Cambridge Place, with a reception area upon entry along with a closely associated disabled car parking space and visitor cycle storage.
