Client - Turnstone Estates

Phase 1 comprised of a 6 screen cinema, 6 restaurants, 2 drive-thrus and 380 car parking spaces. A new underpass link was created to provide pedestrian and cycle access into the site from Ely.

Phase 2 (outline only) includes the provision of a new leisure centre with a swimming pool for Ely.

The key principle of the development was to create a ‘Leisure Village’ destination for Ely and the surrounding district.
