The Bridge provides five Grade A industrial units ranging from 13,000sqft to 73,000sqft and is a mixed use regeneration project directly connected to London and the South East.

The five individual industrial units are built over three plots, completed in shell form with finished offices at first floor level and were designed with sustainability and practicality in mind.

The scheme comprised full ground remediation and extensive acoustic fencing around the perimeter offering a modern, natural well-lit warehouse space with leading sustainability credentials, set within a lakeside business park environment.
